Stéphane is a qualified yoga teacher, specialised in Dynamic yoga and relaxation techniques. He teaches every day in London in studios, gyms, privately, in the workplace.
After many years of practising Martial Arts, Basketball, inline skating, Stéphane fell in love with snowboarding and has accumulated around 40 weeks of riding down the slopes since 2008...
He has crafted this course which combines passion, experience and knowledge gained while working with world class teachers and hundreds of students, with the intention to help you achieve more freedom, more fun, more awareness and more safety - on the slopes.
